Zero stars if possible. Reserved a car for 4 days while in LA, getting the car was not an issue. They had a car that suited my group perfectly fine, the lady at the front desk was nice and said that my for 4 days and all the extra fees that I owe $400+ and that I’d get back about $100 when I return the car. I paid for everything at pickup. Day before I return the car, I noticed that the return time was in the AM instead of PM. I called to correct it and after being on hold for 2 hours they hung up when it was my turn!!! Regardless I returned the car and the person I gave the keys too told me my balance was $1000. I told him that my balance was not $1000 and I already paid everything at pickup. I checked my account and they just charged me an additional $600. This place is a scam!!!!

Zero stars. I made a reservation one month before. Mistake was made (my fault) on the reservation, booked it for 1 day before I needed the car. Called to say I was coming the next day. Was advised that reservations are cancelled 3 hours after expected pickup time. Told rep I would pay same amount, I'm ok with the price. Was told that the price was different and now they could offer me a quote that was $100 higher than the reservation I had made. Confused. The car is still sitting there. It had to be, they expected me to pick it up today! They could make a NEW reservation for me to pick up the care tomorrow... I was willing to pay the same price, just wanted to let them know I was coming in a day later to get the car. Frustrated. Now spending an hour the night before leaving on vacation renting a car. Avoid, better to spend a little more money and to work with a reputable company.

I was traveling from Jacksonville NC to Chicago to see my son for his 19th birthday. I priced other companies and they were over $600 for the 5 day rental. I stumbled upon this company that also happened to be here at the Chicago O’Hare airport. Online I was quoted half the price of the other companies. I was concerned so I went to look at the reviews. Sadly I saw nothing but bad reviews and was very concerned about booking with this company. I was quoted $245 for a 5 day rental that was also during a holiday weekend. When I got to the desk I was greeted by Mr. Jarrett who was very pleasant and decided to get the PP-Plate pass that was an additional $11.99 a day. Since I used my credit card. They held I think $150 that will be due back to me in a couple of days. They will hold a lot more if you pay cash. I wanted to take the time out to just thank this company for being responsibly priced with great cars and awesome employees. I will definitely book with this company again during my travels ☺ufe0f

I will never rent a car from this place again. We prepaid online for a full size SUV. Our plane was pushed back a couple hours, so, I called Fox to make sure that our vehicle would still be available. Fox guaranteed our vehicle would be there since we prepaid for up to 12 hours. Guess what??? When we arrived at Fox before the 12 hour grace period, our vehicle was not available. I advised them that I spoke to a customer service agent who provided me their policy regarding prepaid rentals. They did not care, or apologize and were completely rude over the situation. Please save your time and money, do not ever rent a car from this place. Pay the extra money to have a piece of mind that your car will be there when you arrive. I'm sure there will be a response to this review about how they are sorry for our experience, and that they are working on issues to become better. It won't get better, nor do they actually care.
