Update: M&M reached out to me to hear more about my experience and apologized for the experience we had. I was told they strive for great customer service and unfortunately due to the pandemic they have had a change in staff. I was glad that they reached out to me, it made me feel better about giving them insight about our experience.nnI was told about M&M from a friend who used their service. Unfortunately our experience was not the best. I was emailing with one of the employees and reached out to him but didn't hear back for a few days. Finally someone else reached out to me and booked the service. Then on the day of our reservation our pick up time came and went but no limo. I reached out to the limo company and was put on hold while they tried to reach the driver. It turns out he went to our first stop instead of our pick up location. Not thrilled with our experience.

I booked a stretch limo for my sister's wedding to get them to the courthouse for the marriage and it was a great experience! The reservation was super easy to set up, the driver was on time and professional, and the limo looked amazing. It was the best pricing i could find also!

Booked a family fun night the agents were a great guidance on assisting our family into some fun itineraries God knows we needed to get out of the house during this pandemic! They're vehicles are sanitized a great way to stay safe

We did a family rental in December and I specifically said that we were going to watch Christmas movies with my kids while checking out the city lights. I even asked if they had DVD players, BluRay, input, etc. Car showed up and driver spend an hour trying to get the video to work, even calling the office for help before we finally gave up and just went without it. I waited two weeks, expecting some sort of apology. I reached out to voice my frustration and received no response. Another two weeks later I reached out again and received a response that they would contact me. It's been a month since that happened and I still haven't heard back.nUPDATE: The owner did end up eventually get ahold of me in late February and was very apologetic. In fact he fully refunded the price I paid. While I wish the issue hadn't happened and then that it had been resolved quickly, I'm happy that the owner made a point to personally reach out and make up for it.
