Terrible service from Sean (on-site Manager). We had a car rented for 6 days. Confirmation email and google stated 5pm was the closing time. My husband arrived at 4.40pm and it was closed. We called next day around 8.40am and he was unprofessional:
- Did not answer the telephone with the Hertz greeting. I had to ask if I was calling Hertz Park City.
- Said he gave away our rental. So he closed at 4, and rented it to someone at 4? Does not make any sense
- Extremely unhelpful, condescending and cynical.
I had to ask my husband to call because of his attitude.
- Sean answered the phone on speaker phone
- Did not use Hertz greeting
- HUNG UP the phone on my husband
My husband called again and same thing, he told him ‘man we gave your car away, there was a customer in line’.Is that the way you speak to a customer.
My husband told him that he was unprofessional and Sean responded ‘Have a good day!’
Hertz Park City should be called Hurts Park City
Sean is the manager there. He's fantastic to work with. I've had several long term rentals (body shop repairs) and he's accommodated my special requests every time. Incidentally, several of my friends have said the same about renting with Sean at Hertz Park City.
Do not use them. Made a very important car reservation, they accepted it and were closed the day I needed the car??? Wouldn’t open to fulfill my reservation, and wouldn’t help solve the issue.
Great assistance from Sean their employee. Always willing to help, advising and helped us during an emergency on a trip away from town. Thanks!
Had a reservation, came in and they were closed. I wasnt helped by anyone and customer service was no help either.
