They were kind of friendly, but overall ok.
The worst place to try to rent a van.nWe booked a van on line more them a month ago and the night before we were supposed to be picking up the van they call us saying they don’t have a van for us, are trip was the day after . They left us trying to find a car the last minute and we had to pay double the price, they did offer us a small suv but that was not going to work for us it was too small. I will never recommend them or deal with them again
Great customer service and no problems with setting up a reservation. I will definitely be back here when I need to rent a vehicle. The staff is the best they treated me well. They deserve a bonus and raise. Great job fellas!!!
Only use them if you have a credit card or good credit score, otherwise they won't rent to you.
Joshua mouth is way to smart for me. I called to asked SERIOUS question and he was being sarcastic! I would have never called if the website was answering my questions.
