Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Seemed friendly. 3 stars because I reserved a larger car then what I was given. Was told that was the only car they had. So pretty much had to agree so I was able to get home.

Extremely understaffed. They didn’t have any cars available although everyone has reservations. A room full of customers and only 1 persons working. The phones are ringing off the hook. All of the other employees left to get cars from other locations. This is a hot mess. After waiting 2 hours to get a rental, the car was half clean, salt stains on the floors, and no mats. Never coming here again.

This location was horrible! They racially profiled me and left my account unable to rent. I have tried to contact corporate to see if anything I could do and no response. I am a first responder and needed to rent during this pandemic. No answer, no reason once so ever.nCustomer service is horrible

I just want to say Nick from the 71st Ct Orland Park location is Amazing! I had been having a rough week with getting my car repaired and ended up needing a rental. Nick jumped right on it and ended up having me drive away in the Best rental I've ever driven hands down. Not only did he and his assistant Brian make the rental process seamless but he followed up multiple times to ensure everything was going well with the rental. Did I mention he did All of this on his Very First Day at this branch? AMAZING! I will definitely refer anyone looking for a rental car to visit This Enterprise ... officially My Enterprise.nThanks Nick and Team!

Assistant manager very unpleasant. Didn't want to listen to me about cracked windshield.. I have used enterprise many times even bought a used car from them never an issue but the assistant manager at orland park location was very unpleasant. Will not use that location again.
