The day that we are suppose to leave for our vacation I called to check on the vehicle and was told it was not available. I made the reservation months in advance. I wasn’t offered any help on finding another Van. I was only offered a 12 passenger. No one called to let me know that my vehicle wasn’t available. This isn’t an Avis issue but a location issue.
This is one of the worst places to get a car from. Well I should say it is no Enterprise. Customer service was not good at all. The lady I got the car from didn't even want to rent it to me. The car I got was dirty, tire was messed up when I got it. Since i didn't call them to tell them although I took pictures when I noticed it. The Owner says it's my fault, just think he wanted to pay for it. Moral of the story, think twice reviews are real.

Rented a van used to be my favorite place. Van was dirty windshield was cracked. Male a reservation over three months ago. So this should have been prepared better
Smokiest rental car I’ve ever driven. The customer service was fine but the rental was not cleaned probably and was so smoke filled that me and my family took it home to clean it.
