Long story short, BAD SERVICE!!! I took me 3 times driving back to the office, several calls to the customer service line, 5 more calls to other offices before I finally got a decent car. Nothing but RUDE attitude and still a vehicle not 100% cleaned or full of gas.
Clean and dependable vehicles; however, be aware if you pay in advance you will not receive all your money back when you return the vehicle.

I had to spend 30-45 min cleaning the car before I could put my belongings in the car. It was FILTHY! I found old toothbrushes, lipstick, candy wrappers, and crumbs every where. After renting the car, I brought it back a day early and the employee who took the keys didn't close the transaction out correctly, so I was charged an extra $666 on my credit card when the rental was paid for ahead of time. I had to call customer service and explain the situation (30 more minutes of my time). I currently have $626 as a pending refund when they took $666. We will see once the credit posts if it the correct amount. If not, then ANOTHER phone call to the company. So incredibly frustrating!!!! Steer clear of this place or you will regret it!!!
Excellent price an very good vehicle we had. Everything went extremely well.
