What I thought was at first exceptional service, has turned out to be a nightmare. First they initially charged my card $150.00 which was fine I believed it to be the deposit. Upon returning the vehicle rented for unlimited miles but unfortunately I turned it in a little bit late, but not extremely late, but cleaned with a full tank) the initial $335.00 bill that was supposed to have been debited from my account, turned out to be almost $700.00. When I called they told me that's their policy, and the extra charges will be refunded in 7-10 days.which I didn't find in the paperwork and was not told....that was on the 3rd of this month. It is now the 15th and I still have the charges debited from my bank account. Which set me into the negative and I had to pay a charge for too by the way.
Mike is bomb! Always fun, jovial and gets me the car I want. Ive been renting here for years, great customer service & good times! Rent here, you won't regret it!
Rented a moving truck this morning at 930 am had truck for 3 hours actually paid less than expected. Mike was the associate who handled everything five stars to you mike and Avis for having a great associate. Also don’t know how you can call Mike lazy he walked a football field to the truck and back twice to check it out and check it in.
Been here twice. They are very professional efficient. Will come back when I move again.
Mike is very customer focused. Always goes out of his way to make the experience personal. Highly recommend!
