Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Fast service and they will drop you of at the VPC after. First time they take $300 deposit untill you return the car. They did not had basic rentals at STL airport.

Rented a car over the weekend at the Granite location, as my truck was in the shop. Car wasn't available so they gave me a minivan instead, didn't need something that big but wasn't an issue. Vehicle was clean and operated well. When I returned it the employee was issuing the deposit refund to my account and charged me an extra $200. Saw the mistake and then issued for the now $400 refund, the problem was the employee never said anything about it to me. It wasn't noticed until after I got home when my bank notified me.

Confirmed reservation day prior for a standard. Was picked up by driver who expressed he didn’t like wearing a mask in a clearly smoked in compact. Arrived and to my surprise the same car was the only one available. Rep made a bunch of excuses about branch being reopened and not a lot of cars. So stuck with the not sanitized not standard car per my reservation. Ya this branch could probably go ahead and be closed again. Worst experience with enterprise and rent frequently.

Only gave a four, simply because of lack of inventory. Friendly staff. Nice rental vehicle.
