We always use Enterprise car rental for our car rental needs. They are convenient and have quick check out and return procedures. The staff are always helpful and we feel like we get a good deal
Great experience. Easy reservation, easy pick-up, and an easy return.nNot being able to return the car on a Sunday but being charged for that day is a dissatisfier, hence the 4 stars.
Made a reservation for today for small SUV, the branch didn’t have that model available so they tried to make me pay an extra $300 to upgrade the vehicle didn’t even try help accommodate me with a vehicle even though I work for Verizon and was using the car for work purposes. Definitely terrible customer service. I do not plan on doing business here again.
The car was really nice. They were quick to take care of me. However I had to rent the car before the other mans insurance co. Did this for me. Once the insurance company did arrange a car I was not told they down graded the size and was made to pay the difference in size of the two.
Man working was very rude and did not introduce himself. I have rented over 10 cars in the last year with Enterprise and have never been treated so badly. He did not offer to let me choose a car or ask me if the one he gave me was ok. He did not instruct me on how to operate the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed. I will never use this location again.
