I was so impressed with how easily it was to get a person (that was easy to understand) to discuss my options. I was so eased I could drive the car home and drop it off instead of driving the same distance to get to the airport I was supose to fly out to get back home.

The car was great. The people who checked me out and in were great. My only complaint was that the car had not been cleaned before I got it. Every time I've rented since covid, the car was spotless until this time. The floor under the drivers seat was muddy and the outside was dirty and dusty. I had some worries about catching covid. I used my sanitizing cloths on everything I touched and drove with the windows down first a while. I hope that was sufficient.

My company (Ames Computer Repair) has been using Enterprise at the Ames, Iowa location for almost 2 years now! They have great customer service and make it easy for me when we need to switch vehicles for whatever job/project we are working on. Rita is the best manager that I have worked with and always goes the extra mile to take care of my business!

No minivan was available online but when I showed up to pickup our rented SUV they had a van ready and gave it to me at the SUV rate. Really appreciate the great service!
