Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was so happy with my experience! Although my rental was very short, only a few hours. I was pleased with the car and service at both locations.

Really needed a vehicle to spend the weekend with my neices & nephews this past weekend and originally there wasn’t any vehicles available however when one became available Michael called me promptly and got me into a vehicle that met my needs. The vehicle was virtually brand new, clean, and ran well. My neices & nephews & I enjoyed the weekend and loved the vehicle. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back to rent again soon. Kudos to Michael at this location.ud83dudc4fud83cudffd Much appreciated!

Horrible customer service i reserved online on the way there they called me and told me they were out of cars so I went to book at another location called ahead to make sure they had cars was told they did have cars available so I drive over to that location only to be told once I get there that they don't have cars available when I told them I had just called less than 5 mins ago he cut me off and said sir we don't have any available..... rude and not worth the trouble ugh.

Quick and friendly. Rental car is great!
