Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We reserved online and got a great price for the car. Picked it up at the Cedar Rapids airport and were offered an upgrade in vehicle. The car (Toyota Camry) was excellent, and the return process was the simplest and easiest we've ever experienced. Couldn't have gone any more smoothly.

From start to finish, my Enterprise car rental experience was smooth, seamless, and provided great value!nnInitially, I searched online for the cheapest pricing for car rentals and was successful in my attempts. However, from past experience with Enterprise, I figured I'd go with what I know, and by doing so, I TRULY made the VERY best decision I could've made going with them instead of another car rental outlet!nnI'm looking forward to renting again with Enterprise, so that I may leave even BETTER feedback than this!nnThank you so much for a WONDERFUL AND SEAMLESS experience with YOU, Enterprise! I was happy with the assistance I received from the employees, however I had the vehicle for 12 hours and was charged for 2 days due to having it from 9pm to 9 am. ud83eudd2c

Service was fast. drop off was also easy. My only complaint is the cleaners they use for the car make it smell like an old rental apartment. Other than that the car worked great, was just what I needed.

If Enterprise would have returned my call I wouldn't post this.nnI got a high mile used car this time around.nYou could tell this car had been around the block a few times..... dirty with tracks of previous customers very obvious ....wear and tear quite noticeable..... low traction on tires ( even indicated on screen panel) .... This vehicle definitely needed some maintenance attention.nI contacted customer service who said they would have someone contact me but they never did..... person at desk at airport never ask me anything.... I guess being a club member has no benefits.......
