The most reasonable prices by far, easy to book, staff helpful, cars are very clean and very nice, definitely worth booking with them
The CVG location itself was simply amazing! Customer Service lacks A LOT! We had an issue with our rental as soon as we pulled away. We went right back and they took immediate care of us and switched out vehicles. Return was simple and smooth.
Leah has horrible customer service. This location does not have a phone number to call. I called the 800 number, but would not be passed to this location. I showed up and they would not take the car I rented because it came from a different Dollar rental car location.nLeah was not willing to help. Absolutely rude. I will never use services at this location ever again.nReported to the BBB.

Never, ever again. Rude staff. Customer service that barely speaks English and cannot understand it well enough to answer a simple question. And don't try to rent a car without a major credit card. If you have a debit card with a chip, you can get a car but only AFTER a certain time of day.
