Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The on line reservation system was great! No issues.nnIt was easy to pick up the car and be able to choose the exact vehicle to drive while at the facility. Turning in the car was also easy and the guys were super helpful with helping us get our luggage to the shuttle stop. I highly recommend this location ❤ufe0f

Worst car rental experience EVER. We had an emergency flight due to my mom having a massive heart attack. Our flight was due in at the Cincinnati airport at 11:09 PM. The lady who made our reservation said that although the enterprise office closes at 11PM, she would advise them we were coming in, and they would have someone wait until 2 hours after normal close for us. Our flight came in on schedule, and we got our bag and went to the shuttle pick up. The shuttle never arrived after about 20 minutes. We called the Enterprise number and no one picked up. We then called for a taxi who drove us over to the enterprise rental (just off the airport property) and there was no one there. it was locked up tight. We were desperate to make the additional 4-hour drive to my mom, to try to see her before she died. There was NOTHING at that point that we could do. We had the taxi driver take us to the hotel at the airport and we were at the Enterprise rental office promptly at 6AM when they opened. The man there was pleasant, but came up with some lame reason why they didn’t wait for us (and he was familiar with our flight #1620 that arrived at 11:09) and told us that for some flights they stay late, and they just didn’t for ours. We had the car for 4 days, instead of the original 5... We asked for a rate adjustment, and received none, and no apology. We paid $1000 for a 4 day rental. I find the entire experience ridiculous and that Enterprise was that uncaring and unsympathetic during a very stressful, awful experience and only made it worse for us. If I could give them less than 1 star i would do so.

Everything was easy, smooth, and great!

I had a great experience when I went to Ohio to visit my sister. I placed my rental online before we left. After getting off of the airplane the Enterprise bus took us to get our rental. Hassle free. That was the easiest rental I've ever done. When we bought the car back, no Issues. It was quick and easy. I love Enterprise and its great customer services.

My experience has been a bit different at each location.nThe interior of the car that I was given During my recent visit with my family was horrible. The vents looked as if someone had stuffed fried chicken in them. The seats were visibly stained in the front and back.nI was provided with another option and it was not as bad but the cleanliness of the interior was still questionable.nThe time before that, the car was immaculate. Almost as if it was brand new but i knew that it wasn’t because of the mileage.nnNevertheless, the customer service was great on both occasions.
