How is it that you call to confirm that they have your car and when you show up they don't have any cars left. Thank you for wasting our time and money. I WILL NEVER USE HERTZ NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
Fantastic car rental company. I needed a car for two days while in AL and was able to get a pretty last minute car from these guys. Prices are very affordable and the staff is on top of their game, I was in and out of there (for pick up and drop off) within ten minutes each time. Everything was so simple and easy, no complaints at all!
I made a reservation online for a one way when I called to check on my reservation the guy told me they don’t do one ways even tho their website let me book it for that specific location and everything when I asked why I was able to make the reservation if they don’t do it all he kept repeating was they don’t do one way and avoided my question THEN he told me to go to enterprise to rent a car. We called the same company at a different location and was told there is no reason they wouldn’t be doing one ways and they had never heard of them doing that!
Horrible service. Too many details to go into.
Great price for a rental. Unfortunately, the car we got wasn't vacuumed after the previous user and smelled like smoke.
