Michael is such a delightful and positive spirited person!! Great customer service. The best rental location I've ever visited.
We had a issue with an online reservation that we made. Michael was so helpful getting it resolved! He understands customer service and made our experience one to remember. We will be using this location for all of our rental needs in the future.

Mike at the Pelham location was very nice every time I called, unlike a few others near me that would place me on hold or rush me off the phone telling me to book online.so I drove 25 miles out my way to book with Mike because his customer service was superb when I called.Also I didn’t have any problem getting a last minute upgrade...Pelham will be my location from now on!
