Long Lewis Ford location - truly a joke. Please don’t let your insurance send you here. The customer service and lack of communication was astounding. I was basically handed a set of keys to a car they didn’t review with me and sent on my way. The car also had a two months expired tag on it.nnI had a great experience with the Enterprise location behind 31 in Hoover last time I needed a rental. Go there instead.
