Be careful when booking. Booked for one night and was charged the $50 deposit hold twice. When mentioned to management they stated it would go back to my card upon check out. One hold went away and I was still charged another $50, management acts like no such thing was done. First I was told to wait 1-3 days for the hold to be released, then when I called the 1800 number and told them it was a charge and not a hold they told me to wait 7-10 days, gave me a confirmation number and said if I didn’t receive money back to call back. When asked how I was going to get money back for something they claimed they didn’t do and told them I was recording for proof they hung up. I saw both holds as soon as I checked in and the desk clerk told me it had happened to someone else and she was going to call visa, she didn’t nor did she offer a solution. Also mentioned it again when I checked out to the owner or guy managing he would not listen to what I was telling him and waved me off like there was not 2 holds on my account for one room. Now I have to try and get my money back through my bank.
Still here, room is fresh not stale. The cleanliness is great. Quiet and everything works.nWould be 5 stars but the breakfast is closed down..Update more later.
I had an emergency situation and needed to check in early. The staff was so helpful and Accomidating. Clean and comfortable. Thank you so much.
They stole money from me. They are rude and if they get your card info they WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
The room was nice just didn't get a printed receipt to turn into my company at the end of my stay, printer was down
