My insurance company originally wanted us to use Hertz in Lexington but after dealing with the rude staff there we decided to switch Enterprise and we're glad we did. The staff there was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Enterprise over Hertz.

Good service overall. Quick and professional. They're a small location without many parking spaces on parking lot so they require you leave your personal car parked curbside on the side street; not the best place to leave your car several days.

Worst company I’ve had the displeasure to deal with. Billed for a repair I paid for then they turned it over to collections. Go somewhere else.

On Friday, October 4, 2019 I was informed by hospice in Florida that my sister would pass away at any time. Using the Enterprise Application I rented a car using their phone app. When I arrived at the Enterprise Rental Car Office Art 2201 Lexington Rd., Nicholaville, KY I was informed that due to the Opening Day of Keeneland and other events there were no cars available and there was a waiting list of people ahead of me. I spoke with Matt Kaiser at this office and told him of the urgency for me to drive to Florida and he immediately responded in the most compassionate and professional manner. Within 10-15 minutes I was driving off their lot way to visit my sister. I was so very impressed with the fast efficient service that Matt provided to me. Matt Kaiser is a great asset to Enterprise Car Rental and serves to project the professional, caring, and efficient service for their customers. Matt is one reason that Enterprise is my favorite Car Rental company.
