Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They are complete liars. These people lied saying I damaged a vehicle in 2017 to which I had to get an attorney to fight the case and won. Fast forward to 2020, I am getting some work done on my vehicle and they use Enterprise to rent their vehicles. Since I fought this case and won, I didn’t anticipate a problem I’ve never even had a traffic ticket! I get there only to find that they have placed me on the do not rent list as a last ditch effort. Now I am stranded with no way to get around or to work. I will be calling my attorney back. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LIARS!!!!!

I always go with enterprise. Usually no issues. This most recent rental. I reserved an intermediate car because of a longer drive and needing better fuel efficiency. They gave me a cx9 which definitely doesn’t have the fuel efficiency of a small car. If I wanted to spend extra money on gas I would drove my own vehicle.

Great service on Dixie hwy in Louisville, Ky. The guys went above and beyond to get me a vehicle that accommodated the size we needed. They car I had reserved online a day earlier was totalled but they said not to worry Mr. Wells we will get you a bigger vehicle at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them over other car rentals in Louisville. I will be coming back this Spring for our next trip.nThanks guys.

I picked up my first rental, which was nearly on empty and drove it home. I go to get my granddaughter from the back and it was FILTHY. I looked in the front and makeup was all over the driver's side visor and just everywhere basically. There was food all in the console. I immediately returned the car. They were going to try to clean it, but there was no cleaning that mess in the 10 min they advised it should take. I waited for another car to be cleaned. We did a walk around on second car and there was a bad ding in the second cars bumper. I didn't really care so much just so that this car was clean. We get in to check the gas/mileage and it too was only on a quarter tank but the tire lights were on. So back in the car went to be aired up. More of my time wasted. Finally they brought the car out and I was able to leave. After traveling to Bowling Green I realized the tags were expired 2 months ago. So not only did I get a car that was never cleaned thus possibly exposing my granddaughter and myself to Covid19 but I was now driving a car with expired tags. I should have learned my lesson from the last two times I've tried to rent from Enterprise I had a confirmation of a reservation and both times they had no cars available when I went to pick them up. I travel quite a bit and I don't think I'll be using Enterprise again. With the state of the world now it's just too risky to not properly clean those rental cars. Shame on you Enterprise for the poor care and maintenance of your cars. I will say the staff was at least nice and apologized for my inconvenience. I'll just stick with Hertz from now on. At least their cars are in top shape, clean, and the tanks are always full. They just didn't have anything available during my last trip unfortunately.

Wide variety of vehicle choices at a fair and competitive rate. The Louisville Enterprise crew is professional and friendly, they definitely do an excellent job at providing outstanding service!
