As a regular Avis customer for the past 7 years. Arrived in Town during Spring break week and no cars at the airport for rent. This location saved my whole kids vacation. Wow. Cannot say enough thanks for all the employees and staff. Amazingly enough. Due to the last minute booking and outrageous rates in town. We still received the best rate.
They cannot be beat in Houston. They always take care of me for last minute trips. Prices are very affordable and every car is spotless.nnSometimes they are oversold but they always make it right and find a solution for you
Due to a wreck back in January I’ve been stuck in a rental for almost 2 months and the primary location failed to educate me on certain criteria that could’ve helped me save money and have a smoother process while I wait on the insurance company ! I called westchase and IMMEDIATELY they helped me find the best deal and gave me options on how to save for the duration I needed. Literally went from super frustrated to calm and reassured. THANKYOU !! Keep up the great customer service!
The customer service was 5*+, they go over aspect of the vehicle functions. Even though they have a mask on U can see their smile & hear it in their voice. The Toyota sein was a joy to drive with exceptional gas mileage. Any questions they answered fully. I wI'll definitely use again & highly recommend to others.
