Great customer service! Fast and efficient, I was in and out in no time at all with a nice, clean sedan. I can tell their vehicles are well maintained. 10/10 would recommend! I will definitely be coming back when I need another rental.
I had a issue with a car rental and had $400.00 in additional charges. Customer Service refused to help or even listen to my problem so went to speak with Justin the manager at this location and he handled my problem without hesitation. It’s the kind of customer service I praise not because the charges were reverse but he was willing to listen, he understood my frustration and never took it personal. We need more people like him doing the job! Thanks again Justin. Because of you I’m a loyal Budget customer
Needed a quick rental for my mom while she was in town. These guys really made things nice and easy for us.
