Rude customer services. Do not hire or you will recieve nothing but rudeness and impatience from a guy who just wants to get you in and out in a hurry and has no time to be polite or courteous. Reminds me of New York rude cab drivers or the pan handlers at vacation resorts pushing things on you with their rudeness trying to make a buck and give you a rude stare or ugly looks if you dont buy from them or look at you crazy if you dont buy from them. Almost like the low budget, low life used car salesmen. Thanks butno thanks. Keep your rudeness.
We used the service with Pride Limo Service as transfer from Galveston Pier to Houston Airport. From the beginning we had very nice contact. It was easy to make the reservation online. After that we had email contact. Then the credit card was charged 2 days before pickup and I was informed by email. Then today I got an SMS that the driver (Faysal) is on the way and he confirmed our pick up time again. A quick call to make it easier to find and it works smoothly. He even came a little ahead of time. The one-hour drive was very pleasant. It is 100% recommendable. Should we need another transfer in Houston, we would book again with Pride Limousine Service.
