The service was great but the cars are not well maintained.
Excellent & friendly customer service!
I will give these guys 1 stars but in all reality they deserve 0/5 stars. This is not necessarily for this store, but Budget/Avis in general. Lets start from the beginning. I originally called in order to just determine if i would be able to book a car rental for my gf. After going in circles with the lady on the line (who was very unhelpful) we booked a vehicle and paid with my credit card. When my gf arrived to pick up the car, she was made to create a second account using her credit card and told that they couldn't cancel the original rental. Upon calling customer service, we were still charged the cancellation fee of $150. FOR THE SAME RENTAL THAT SHE ENDED UP PAYING FOR. The customer service attendant was absolutely rude and not helpful. It was overall a terrible experience. I recommend everyone use anyone but AVIS/Budget for their rental needs. I know myself, my family and any friends that will listen to me definitely wont. Bad bad business practices.
A great rental experience! Eddie was very friendly and extremely helpful. Will be renting from here again.
We rent from here 4-5 times a year and it's been a first rate experience every time.
