Absolutely amazing customer service! The manager at this location, Donya, has exceeded even the greatest of expectations with her constant assistance and support. I wrecked my car again, for the second time in 13 months, and they provided me a Dodge Grand caravan at the incredible price of $31 a day. I initially only rented the car for one day, but it is so wonderful to drive, and my car is still having repairs done to it, and Donya has continuously wrangled the pricing to fit my budget to be the most cost effective as possible. They even came to pick me up the day that I first rented the van, and although they close at 5:00, they stayed open well past 6:00 to make sure that I was set up. I recommend this location of Enterprise to anyone wanting a great experience renting a vehicle. ♥ufe0f
On time, on point, and the cleanest rental I've ever been in. They picked me up and dropped me off without additional charge, which was extremely helpful. The staff is highly professional and courteous.
I've used the 146 location a few times and now that they are across the street from their old location they seem to have a much better selection of vehicles. I reserved online a couple of days ahead of time and when I got there my vehicle was ready to go. Steven was very friendly and professional and had me in my rental (a nicer model than I was expecting) and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. I had to extend my rental a couple of times and again, Steven made it very simple. Thanks for the excellent service. Highly Recommended!
