After my last experience renting a Mercedes Benz 15 passengers Van from Q1 Auto Rentals, I have to say I won't be doing business with them again! Vehicle was rented for a 4 days trip, water was leaking inside the car, wetting belongings and passengers, roof top A/C system was making excessive noise during the whole trip.nAnd whenever I companied to the owner he just told me that is NORMAL, all cars the same. ???nI am sorry to tell but this is not how we do business in Houston. Lack of customer service essentials. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANNA AVOID PROBLEMS

Absolutely amazing service! They provided my daughter and 5 of her friends transportation to their Homecoming dance! They picked each of them up, took them to dinner and then the dance and brought them home safe and sound! My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time and raved about how amazing their driver was! They took great care of our children and provided excellent service! Thank you so very much and I will be using Q1 for any of my transportation needs in the future!! Excellent company!!

Had a great experience with this company. I rented the 16 passenger Benz sprinter for a day. The van was impeccable and it uses diesel which is great on gas. It was very affordable and the owner was super friendly. I will always rent from him now and I highly recommend his services.

Awesome customer service and experience! I had to get a last minute rental to accommodate 15 or more people and I was able to use their Mercedes Sprinter and it was very stylish and affordable! I highly recommend this company!
