I have used Enterprise about 5 times within the last 4 months. Drew Ganem has been an excellent go to for us. Always the best rates and never a problem with the rentals. Always nice vehicles, too. I won’t rent from anyone else for my future car rental needs.

We have used Enterprise many times in the past few months, and we always work with Drew Ganem. She has always gotten us what we need when we need it. She answers all of our questions, and it has been a joy working with her. If we have any future rentals, Drew will be who we call for assistance. Thanks for your help Drew!!!!

Judy (I believe that was her name) from the Sienna location, Judy answered when I called Enterprise, and made a reservation, and also I requested a ride, and Judy picked me up. After arriving and getting everything together. She was very sweet and so kind to show me around the car. She explained to me on how to open the gas tank, and trunk, where the lights and windshield wipers were located. Good and Very Useful information one needs after taking off. I appreciated this greatly because often times when I rent from Enterprise, no ever shows me anything. It's like here's the keys, there's the car, and Go for it. She was one of the best persons I've ever dealt with while renting a car.

Shady business practices. I dropped my rental vehicle off at the body shop when I picked up my own vehicle. Enterprise left it there for 6 days in the freezing temperatures and snow, then they are accusing me of windshield damage. Plus when I rented the vehicle the lady never did a thourough walk through of the vehicle. I was never offered supplemental insurance. Basically it was close to closing and they were trying to rush everyone out. I have a $350 charge on my credit card which I am disputing.nnStill disputing this, they're basically calling me a liar. Their corporate customer service is a joke, the number basically tells you to call the location.

The service was off the chain at this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked up. I had an emergency and they got me straight. Much respect to the staff at this location. I hope everyone get a raise. Good looking out. Ya heard me. Thank yall.
