This location and their level of service are second to none. I am an Avis Preferred Plus customer who rents here with Trina arrived about three times a month. With each visit, she continues to impress me with her attention to detail and concern for each customer that walks in the door.nnWe have several agencies in our market at our disposal. Rental was superb! Took a solo road trip to Big Bend and Trina, Xavier & the young lady who checked my vehicle back in (she was swamped this morning, couldn’t catch her name) were wonderful. Very knowledgeable & committed to doing their best ensuring I received the car I wanted. I’ve already recommended them to others. This 5-star review is definitely due to great customer service :)
@Avis/Buget Trina today was absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to work with. Searching for a rental car with spring break around the corner turns out to be a very difficult task. The whole transaction was fast, even making sure I was satisfied with my the vehicles that were available.. Awsome!!nTrina, you went above and beyond..nYou have my service from now on.
I love this location. Trina was excellent. She was very helpful and handled us with so much care and attention (Not typical). I will come back to this location which is a little out my way, just for the personable service.
