Great customer experience with Paige, I walked to the incorrect location as I was not updated by my company of the correct place to pick up a rental. Paige immediately jumped in to help get me to the right location as she was headed there. For that I great appreciate what Paige did as most people wouldn’t have.

Alex W. was amazing! I had a fairly complicated rental, with refunds, maintenance costs, changing branches etc. Despite the fact that their store did not originally write up the contract, she was very patient in getting all the info, following up with the branch office, and trying to get my final rental costs straightened up. Also got a ride home ;)nnCould not be more happier with the service that I got. Thanks again for everything!

We have been renting from Enterprise for years but this was the worst. We were given a vehicle which had maintenance due on it. They did not check these things and when we reached out to them they sounded like we were responsible for the maintenance!!! We lost a whole vacation day trying to get it fixed and the best part is no one took responsibility for it as if customers are supposed to take their vehicles for maintenance. Horrible customer service at this location.

Great customer service! I reserved a minivan to move my daughter back to college. They even ask if I need the seats stowed away. Nice to have someone to go out of their way to take care of a customer! I will rent from them again.

Super easy process and friendly staff! I booked the rental online and they gave me an upgrade on the vehicle after I got there to pick it up! Vehicle was clean and drove nice, no issues. Quick and easy return as well. I would go back to them again!
