Whoever Tray is.... he’s the BOMB!! I rent here all the time and he’s the best person I’ve worked with. I just picked up a pathfinder and I’ll be back in a few weeks to let tray assist with my next rental

I feel sorry for the employees! Made a reservation online weeks in advance and got a call the morning of the reservation that they would not have my vehicle. Also, the vehicle was not clean. During the pandemic they really need someone there doing a good job on cleaning. I saw a sign advertising for that position when I went to return the car that I ended up getting. I can't imagine the stress that these employees deal with on a daily basis.
I changed my preferences for a vehicle choice and it was not a problem, even in these strange times the transaction went smoothly and the young lady that handled the rental had a lot of patience with my questions. It was a pleasant experience.
Good and quick service... rental was what I expected, but some stains in the interior of the car we rented, and a weird smell
