I came to drop off my car before going to work . Service king recommended this place and said it’s convenient. I’ve been waiting for 30 min and no one has showed up . Very unprofessional...I’m very upset ..not a place I will come back to.
They always perfect customer services
Had a great experience with Enterprise. While my car was repaired at the Service King, I was given a rental car through Geico and was able to pick which car I wanted. Worked with Carol who provided me with great customer service, especially since I needed to switch cars. After driving my rental car a couple miles, I noticed something was off with the wheel alignment and I didn't feel comfortable driving it around, so I was able to bring it back and Carol made it her priority to make sure I got an upgraded car in perfect condition. No unexpected fees and had great customer service.
Went to drop off rental before 6:00 pm, when they close. Employee had left early, so even though I left the car washed, full tank of gas, I was charged an extra day for $43. I also had to pay $55 for road service because brand new car I rented needed a jump. I have called Enterprise Corp. and keep getting the run around. What a rip-off!!
