I always experience awesome customer service there and the cars are great!
Booked a reservation and my magnetic strip on my card wasn't working. They have no chip reader and for some reason can't manually enter my card.Big waste of time.
Mr. Ron Smith at this location was AWESOME! He was quick, efficient, informative, helpful and courteous. He took his time and went over all the bells and whistles on the Ford Edge vehicle that we rented. We will DEFINITELY be renting from this location again in the near future.
Good customer service. In and out quickly EVERYTIME and it’s in my area so the location is very convenient.
It was a nice place clean and the people were super nice. I was not able to rent a car that day due to timing and availability but they gave me great information on how to get what I needed and when. They were awesome and I will give them a try next time.
