Friendly Front Desk Customer Service. Nice car but it smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't have time to request a car change. It would have been nice to have an orientation of the car before I drove it off the lot. I had to orient myself. I'm glad the car was dependable and made for a smooth ride.

I had to rent a car last minute and was stressed. The process was super fast and easy. Zeke was extremely helpful! He explained everything, made sure I was covered with insurance and explained all my options. He was very considerate of my time. I'll definitely make sure he's there the next time I rent from here. Also a good location off the highway. Thanks again to Avis and Zeke for making my holidays less stressful!!

Worst customer service ever! I had to rent a car for work travel and I had an appointment at 7:00am to pick up the rental, well the clerk didn’t arrive to the location until 7:10am, by the time he turned on lights and printed some reports, we started the process until 7:20. After I received the keys to the rental car and went outside to check it, when I looked inside the car had the worst smell that someone had smoke cannabis in it, and it wasn’t even cleaned properly, I asked to be given another car and I was told that there were no other cars available in that location, and that I had to call customer service to check another location, after I call myself to customer service, I was told there were no cars available anywhere in the DFW area, (How is that even possible?) the person on the phone apologized and said they were going to make a note of the situation. Unfortunately I had no other option than to take the car because I needed to be at a meeting out of town that afternoon and had no time to look elsewhere.nThis happened about a month ago and we haven’t received a call or email regarding this matter either from the location or Avis Customer Service.nA truly horrible experience.
