Diamond was great ..but the original car was not the car I rented and it was disgusting on the inside smelled like weed with weed residue inside the car. Diamond corrected the problem..by getting a getting a different car. I would say use a student location when you can. The location is by demographic one of the worse by far
This is my second time renting from the Camp Wisdom location. The first time went well but the second time was even better. Diamond is very knowledgeable, respectable and polite, she even upgraded my car at the last minute to a nicer car. I fell in love with the new Malibu, now I'm even thinking about getting me a new car. Thank you Diamond for your exceptional customer service and for smiling selflessly while you are the only one working the counter and the phones. Hats off to you.
My experience was smooth and fast. Danny was very pleasant, helpful and all of the above. Danny went over and beyond to explain my pricing and get me into a rental. I will definitly for now on be doing business with Avis Rental
