*Update: I couldn't stand the smoker smell for even the day. I called, and they were able to get another car in for me. I wish they had done that the first time when I was already out there. I had to drive almost 30 minutes out to McKinney (1 hr total) to switch the cars. I was told by other people they should have delivered the car at that point in time at no cost. I did appreciate the new car and it was a great rental! 4/5 in my book due to customer service.nnNice staff! Car that I was given smells so badly like smoke but they didn't have other options available today. Will be back tomorrow to swap out and will update review then.

There was bad weather and the team @ the Mckinney location were so understanding and went over and beyond to help me had I decided to fly home rather than drive. Overall it was just a great experience and I appreciated their help and sincerity. Way to go!

The Car was great and clean, but the service wasn’t the best.nI’ve booked at another Enterprise before and what I booked wasn’t available when I got there so they upgraded me for no extra cost.nSame issue occurred at a separate location but instead of an accommodation I was told either pay an extra 15 dollars a day for a car I didn’t want or wait. I booked a particular time for a reason.nWould’ve been nice to find a middle ground that didn’t inconvenience the customer on all ends.nnUpdate: A rep promptly contacted me to get more details and after explaining the situation. We were able to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the way things were handled.
