I needed a rental on the fly and realized that places all close at 6. At 530, I called Budget and they were extremely helpful, Got me a great deal, and I walked in to puck it up AT 6pm. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and willingness to help us out at the very end of their day. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, and had me on the road in just a few minutes. Wonderful customer service, and a great deal to boot!!
Our first time using Budget, and they were great! We got the vehicle we wanted, and when we were finished with it, all we had to do was just leave it in the parking lot. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We will use them again!
Just plain sad! My rental was super dirty on the outside and the inside was dusty! Then my car maintenance required light was on as I left the parking lot. I bet the oil wasn't changed. This has happened more than once at this location in Mckinney unfortunately. For me and my mother who is a frequent customer here
Reserved a car one month in advance. Showed up on 12/26 to pick up our car at 8:00 am. I was told they did not have any cars so I would have to call their 800 number to get my prepaid refund. Not to mention our trip was cancelled since we did not have the car we reserved. Will not ever use Budget again.
Nothing great about this place. Service was horrible and rude.
