The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The manager was extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend Avis to my friends.
This is by far the best local car rental dealer. If your coming in sideways and have a problem any of the employees are happy to help. Good car selection, great employees, and happy customers. Will rent again
The car was fine, but the disappointment was I had to go to the counter to obtain my keys rather than just seeing my name on the board. They also continue to charge me for gas when I always return the car full.nBe sure to keep your gas receipt and check your Avis receipt. I have talked with customer service about this several times and i am assured i do not have prepaid on my profile.
The car I was issued was so dirty. Dusty on the inside and had the vehicle maintenance light on the entire length of my trip. I don't recommend the Mckinney location where I picked up but maybe other places aren't so lazy. I have all pictures to prove my case. I'll be posting this soon. Overall, do not rent a car from the Mckinney, Texas location anymore!
Nice staff at the McKinney, TX location who knew their jobs! Quick in/out service. Vehicle wasn't totally clean inside (minivan w/many compartments) but overall very pleased with the experience. Will come to this location only from now on as it has been my experience that the staff being on the ball is just as if not more important than the vehicle itself
