I love enterprise. I love racking up points and getting free rental days. I always try to rent with them. Budget is cheaper sometimes, so my boyfriend leans that way, but I try to stick with enterprise. Better cars. Better service.
I had made a reservation for a compact car for one day at the Enterprise website to be picked up at Harlingen TX airport. When I showed up to pick it up I was given a very nice upgrade to a SUV and at an even lower price than what I was originally going to pay for the small car! The service at Enterprise is the best and they always strive to keep their customers happy.
Easily got an extremely clean nice car, the return was also hassle free. Happy customer
I had to contact customer service to extend the use of my rental car for another week. The rep spoke to me like it was the easiest thing in the world to take care of and was happy to help. Because of a change in circumstances I was able to return the car 4 days early and the experience was the same - “not a problem, we can take care of the changes right now”, etc.; it was delightful, especially considering it was an airport pick up and drop off. Not to mention that their prices are good :)
No hastle, great customer servise, and a great car at a low price on a moment's notice. We will continue to use Enterprise.
