GG was so helpful spend a good amount of time trying to help me figure out the best deal on a rental I needed and still be able to fit passengers comfortably. She went above and beyond great costumer service!!!

Though the staff was friendly and all, where it counts, they didn't cut it. I was downgraded to a much smaller vehicle though I picked the Cherokee because it's interior space is a good 30% more than the Rogue, the desk staff disagreed and insisted that they are the same size. After flying most of the day, I was not interested in arguing. THEN we find out that the car is parked a good 2 football fields away and it is pouring rain with the sidewalks blocked off with construction leaving us to walk in the road. No offer to pull it up, or an umbrella, or anything. I will not do that again and if you are thinking of using them, check the weather first.

My car and paperwork were ready for me when my plane landed. Check-in was a snap. Receipt was emailed to me right away. Oh, and the car was perfectly acceptable. What more could a guy ask for? :-)

I use Hertz all over and this is one of the top two locations due to Rene! She has always been overly hospitable and friendly...with every tough customer! Today, I returned my car but noticed I left my 2nd phone in the console. Of course I was already through security! I called Rene and told her what happened...13 minutes later, she meets me at security with my phone! Thanks Rene for always making my trips to the RGV and Harlingen pleasant!

Igreat staff amazing servic !! I just wish that agent they had a few years ago was still there !! Bring him back , younger guy with glasses and a shaved head . I dont think I've ever meet someone as amazing as that guy is !!
