I was informed getting a rental vehicle would be difficult. However, a vehicle was available just as I needed. The representative (Caleb Baker) was beyond professional and courteous. Superior representative!

95% of the time I have a bad experience here at the summer hill location. I either reserve a rental and get there and no cars are available or it’s something always something. Today the rental they gave me had some issues with it , as I accelerated the car and gas pedal shook tremendously! Not to mention I reserved a rental for 8am got there and did not leave until 9:00am because they had to “sanitize” the car . The car was still dirty on the inside crumbs everywhere. I had to trade the vehicle back in for another due to the mechanical problems and the car reeked of marijuana they sprayed the car so heavily in some kind of fragrance to omit the odor and it gave me a bad headache I had to drive with the windows down. I had plans on renting from hertz but they were booked otherwise i would not have gone to enterprise!

I have no complaints! They were very friendly and professional. They even put this 57 year old woman in a Dodge Challenger with a hemi in it ud83eudd23. Loved it!! Even when there was a little discrepancy over the refund of the deposit we quickly came to an agreement. The staff was exceptionally friendly!

The service was amazing. Everyone was nice during the check out and check in process. I booked online and when I showed up they had my car ready to go. I will definitely rent from them again and send my friends over for their rental car needs.
