Great service offered that I didn't even know existed in San Antonio. We needed to rent a handicapped accessible van for an upcoming event and found Wheelers. The customer service agent I spoke with was friendly and made the process easy. Thankful they offer this service.

This is the second time and the last time I use wheeler for accessible van rental. Both experiences have been negative and left dissatisfied. Both times was met with very rude and unprofessional customer service. This time in particular was the owner named Tammy. We had a late flight that landed in the AM hours. She made us look for the van for over 30 minutes before we had to insist on telling her to get the delivery man to call us. This was at 2 a.m. in 40 degree weather after flying. Furthermore we contacted them about eight hours prior telling them what time we are going to land and when we need to pick up the van. The representative told us it would be a $50 extra charge to pick up in the AM hours. I was fine with that and told them to charge me but when we picked up the van the owner tacked on another days worth of charges bringing it up $169. While giving us an attitude and not being clear on why. Also not giving clear explanation of how to operate the Vans ramp ,tie downs etc. Vans were dirty and check engine light was on. The Vans door was sticking and also dislodged off the railing. Overall a bad experience and will using Mobility Works next time. Would not recommend Wheeler to anyone.

I have rented from this company all over the country for years. I have never had a bad experience and their customer service is great. Never has anyone ever been rude. Will continue to rent from this company.
