Was overcharged due to their error and they didn't care. Now, I have to handle (because it appears when I call that they could care less). the problem because it's the bank's fault. I happen to work for a bank and know that they HAVE to release the funds in order for the bank to release them. I don't like being lied to.

This Hertz location is awful! First of all, I needed to exchange the current rental I had for one day because the key fob was low on battery. I was guaranteed over the phone that they would have a car ready for me to exchange when I got there. When we arrived My husband and I were told that the manager Rene had taken the car. We waited over an hour for that rental. When the manager finally got there with the car, he was very rude and unapologetic for the wait. Also, the car didn't have any gas. It was on E! The one we were exchanging had almost half a tank. The day before when I got into the rental, I paid Hertz $30.00 for the gas in the car. Then Rene argues with me when I bring up the fact that the car is on E. He said, well when you drop it off just bring it in on E. My husband and I were disgusted with the service we received at this location. He ended up filling the car up with a quarter tank of gas.

The location isn’t well advertised and it’s located inside the Lincoln dealership. I made a reservation almost a month ago for a rental vehicle to be picked up on the 23rd from this location at 10:30AM. When my husband and I arrived, the lights in the dealership were off and all the doors were locked with a sign on each door stating they would be closed from December 22-25 for the holidays and would reopen during normal business hours on December 26th. My husband and I prepaid for this rental and we’re NEVER a notified of any changes to our reservation. I tried calling the local Hertz number with no answer and when corporate was reached, I was told they couldn’t allow me to pick up from a different location and they would issue me a refund only for me to have to pay twice as much for another vehicle at a different location because of their oversight!
