Unhelpful and rude. Had an issue with rental through car coverage and had to jumo through tons of hoops with my husband over having a different last name. Fell on the way out as well. These people are horrible. NEVER using them again. If my husband loses his job over having to come out of the way here we will definitely start a lawsuit.
Worst rental experience I’ve ever had.... after driving 17 hours from Colorado In the snow and ice fighting no gas at stations across Texas. I get to the rental company to return the car and pay the normal 3.37 price most rental car companies would charge for them to fill it up. To my surprise this Avis price gouged me and charged me $9.99 a gallon for 20 gallons..... I highly recommend never coming to this Avis or returning a car here

Personable staff very helpful in explaining to me the app and helping me become an Avis preferred member which was very beneficial when I needed a rental car due to circumstances where I was waiting for another vehicle from my dealership they were super nice the owner is professional and very friendly I highly recommend this Avis to anyone looking for a rental car at a great rate (this was in August, forgot to post review) Will be renting from them again soon ud83dude0a
