The staff were so helpful and friendly and gave me excellent service. When I arrived the car I had booked wasn't available, so they upgraded me for no extra cost.
I booked a car online because I had an appointment to drop my car off at a collision center a few blocks away. I kept calling this location to ask them to pick me up at the collision place 5 mins down the street. When they FINALLY answered their phone, I was told they didn’t have my vehicle available because they overbooked. The woman I spoke to said they were canceling my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible, it was 45 mins before my scheduled pickup, they couldn’t cancel on me with less than an hour notice. She said there was nothing she could do. They had no vehicles and multiple reservations they had to cancel. If I hadn’t called in advance, I would have dropped my car off at the collision place, gone to hertz, and been left stranded. If they had cancelled on me in advance, I might have understood, but for them not to call AT ALL?! That’s ridiculous. Will NEVER use them again.
Watch out for this place they will pull the bait and switch on you. I reserved an SUV and when I got here they told me that it was taken already I asked why and they could not say why. They gave me a truck which was actually much more than the suv.nnAlso be aware that if you need a ride back home from here they only do that until 4PM so anytime after that make sure you have someone that can pick you up or call a Lyft. Reservation and rep at office need to communicate better instead of wasting people’s time and money!nnWatch out for Yvonne she will cut you off while you are explaining your situation, super rude lady, this office needs retraining. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
