The branch manager at this location went above and beyond to get me into a car this evening. It was after closing hours, she saw my need for a rental and took care of me. Meagan was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental. I'll be back to visit when I'm in need again!!!
Had my reservation for a 7 passenger van for about 2 weeks now. Well when I arrived to enterprise to pick up the vehicle I was told I couldn't drive it off the lot due to it being damaged and the brake lights not working. Why would you even email me me saying its ready for pick up when it isn't? The service was ridiculous and it ended up making us late for our trip. Definitely not using their service again.
I had a great experience was easy to reserve online and the service was fantastic. Had to keep the car an extra day due to an emergency and staff were very friendly and understanding about the situation
America helped me and she answered all my questions and helped me get into something I wanted I will definitely go back once I pay this one off for another easy process
I reserved a car through my insurance company and started to head to this Enterprise location. When I arrived I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the Nissan Frontier I was given was clean and the process was fast and easy maybe 10 minutes tops. I would definitely be back again.nThank you!
