I have had an amazing day with both of my drivers this morning! My am driver was Rounald with a such a positive attitude and mad driving skills in a very sporty very clean well kept comfortable car not just today yet every time I am transported by him. He always goes above and beyond and calls me to confirm pickup and gives me the heads up on estimated arrival time. He’s a keeper! I really appreciate that very much!nnOn my 11:30ish return I had a (newer to Bonsi) driver that I met for the 1st time today named Waruiru who goes by (War) is such a kind gentleman so very courteous, thoughtful, and who created a very comfortable clean car and relaxing atmosphere. He is a great fun great person so easy to converse with who is also a good driver. Put a big smile on my face. Relieved tension from appointment frustrations and he was well worth the wait. He even called me to let me know he was there and what type of vehicle he was driving and pulled up as close as possible to get me. I felt like I had been riding with someone I have know all my life. He’s a keeper!nnAs a matter of fact I just love Bonsi Period! Bonsi Your The Best I Have Had In Logistics!!!

The Dispatcher for Bonsai Logistics doesn't know how to properly schedule people for return (B Leg) pick up (return ride home). You first call they say they will have a driver out to you with the hour. Your hour later follow up call, they have not even put you on any of the driver's routes. One hour and 30 minutes out still no drive set to pick you up for your return ride home. The Dispatcher lies to the Logisticare Rep and says your driver will be there in 15 minutes (which is an hour and a half after the quoted pick up time) 25 minutes later from the last 15 minute pick up quote still nothing... Call back... Dispatcher says driver will be there in another 15 minutes making it 2 hours after your first pick up call. You call back again after that time period had experied to be told the driver will be there in 10 minutes. The driver arrives and apologies for being late, he/she just got you on their route and you were already listed in red when you were put on drivers route (red means you have been waiting a long time) - 9 times out of 10 it is the dispatcher failing to do his/her job correctly and not the driver. The drive doesn't ha e you on his/route until you have already been waiting 2-3 hours. --- This scenario has happened to me 3 times (consecutively). This happens even if you have a scheduled return trip home. And I always schedule at least a week in advance so there are no excuses for the awful dispatchers that do not know how to schedule return trips (and pay attention to what driver's have drop offs already in that area).nnIf you want to spend 3-4 hours waiting in Bonsai then they are the one for you. Tell them when you call to set up the ride that you do not want Bonsai (or CenTx )

OMG !!!Dont ride with this company ..very rude.. I have a special needs child.. They rude.. Please ask for an other company. Not Bonsi.... Not them! !!!!!
