11-E Motel

Without reading any reviews directly on google we found the 11 e motel thru booking.com. This was a last minute business trip so I made reservations about 10 hours before we would be arriving. We pulled into the motel lot about 10pm, I walked in with my reservation confirmation in hand when the elderly man behind the counter informs me there was no rooms available. I repeated that I had reservations and tried to show where I had indeed reserved said room. He just waved his hands “no no no rooms no rooms”. Even though I was highly upset by this unprofessional and down right rude exchange; it was a blessing in disguise after finding out the place is ridden with bed bugs and roaches. I will absolutely still be reporting to ALL the travel sites in which they’re listed to inform them the motel will not honor standing reservations and leave review anywhere I can. If you’re in the area and need a room, there’s many near by with nice rooms and nicer people.

It's a friendly little place an very nice people that runs it an they also do there BEST to make sure that you r happy with your stay

It is a trap motel. Nothing but drug deals happing. Bed bugs! Roches. I feel bad for what they have to deal with..

Horrible. Absolute garbage. Cockroaches everywhere. Cigarette burns on everything (including the blanket). Should be shut down.

Always been good to me. Not the best but not the weirdest or worst.
