It was quick and easy to pick up the vehicle. The customer service agent was professional as well. The vehicle was clean with no damages which is important to me. The rate was great! I'll definitely use Thrifty again in the future. Thanks again

They were very nice and I received an extremely clean and well maintained car. My only issue was that when I reserved online I picked the least expensive which I think was 16.00 a day but was given one that was 40.00 a day. I was satisfied with the car but if they had to upgrade due to availability I think it should have kept the price I had reserved.

Fast, friendly, affordable. Absolutely no miscommunication whatsoever. No hidden fees, no surprise fees at the end. I will only be choosing thrifty car rental from now on. I used to use budget and enterprise, there were always issues.

Vehicle was clean. Process to pick-up and drop off was easy but with times of my flights I had to wait for a clerk. Everyone was very friendly
