Don’t ever rent a mgr special! I reserved the mgr special and got a focus, it was new but tiny. The place I got it from In the NC airport wouldn’t let me change the car and wasn’t very pleasant, so I had a very tight fit as I’m not a small guy, but the return of the car in Tullahoma was fast, easy, and friendly.

I love Vicky and she always gives the best service. She is very attentive and helps you with literally anything you ask her or at least tries to. She’s a really wonderful worker and made my process there a breeze!

I needed a vehicle and Vicky was super friendly and accommodating. She and the manager made me feel welcome when I was so far away from home... I live in NY state. They even gave me a free upgrade!nThanks so much!ud83dude0a

Vicki at Hertz in Tullahoma, TN is the best! She made sure I got the best deal available. The one the computer picked for me would have cost much more than what I originally reserved and she took the time to get me the better deal. Vicki was courteous, professional and friendly, and VERY helpful.

NOT a Hertz anymore...very inconvenient
